PAY EQUITY REPORT

EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA hereby clarifies that it firmly supports all government initiatives to eliminate any type of discrimination, including those aimed at reducing or eradicating unjustified differences in wages and benefits between men and women.
EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA materializes this concern not only by complying with all legal requirements, but also by creating, implementing, and enforcing policies and practices that eliminate these differences, always valuing the work of women, which must always be recognized and remunerated according to fair and equitable criteria.
Despite these strong beliefs and practices, EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA cannot fail to observe that the way in which the Salary Transparency Report is published, as provided for by Law No. 14,111/2023, and its regulations, does not meet important criteria of constitutionality.
Thus, EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA records that it was not granted the constitutional opportunity to clarify the reasons and justifications for certain differences that are presented in this Salary Transparency Report. In this sense, EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA declares that its salary policy meets all relevant legal requirements and, in particular, observes the criteria of Article 461 of the Consolidation of Labor Laws, which defines the situations in which wage equalization is actually due.
EBARA BOMBAS AMÉRICA DO SUL LTDA, therefore, fulfills its legal obligation and its social function with the publication of the attached Salary Transparency Report, reserving, however, the right to point out that it was prepared based on data that does not reflect the current reality of the company, and without the company having been guaranteed the constitutional right to contradictory and full defense, in order to justify and clarify the grounds for certain differentiations. In this way, the company and its employer representation entities will continue to seek legal solutions that allow the improvement of the legal text, respecting the rights and prerogatives of all those involved.
